Right of withdrawal and return

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

After 14 days from your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return request, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item where customization has been requested, an intervention that makes even a minimal change to the initial appearance of the item.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
